We have been advised by our Flu Supplier that the vaccines will be delivered on the 16th September, we will therefore be carrying out clinics this Saturday and Sunday 18th & 19th September.
Patients that were originally booked on:
Saturday 11th September should now attend on Saturday 18th September at the same appointment time
Sunday 12th September should now attend on Sunday 19th September at the same appointment time.
Patients that were originally booked on the 18th & 19th September should attend as booked there is no change.
We are trying to contact all patients at short notice to advise of the changes. However, we apologise in advance if we are unable to contact all patients at short notice.
You only need to contact us if you are unable to attend on the new date.

Please support your local surgery by having your flu vaccination with us. We have to order vaccines a year in advance and will lose our income if you go elsewhere.
