Dear Patients
Hunmanby Surgery aims to provide a high quality service and is taking part in the much needed COVID-19 Vaccination programme. We are working closely with 3 other practices which form the Filey & Scarborough Healthier Communities Network.
We fully understand that these are demanding, scary and uncertain times but, we have no control over who will and will not get the vaccine.
Please treat all staff working in the surgery with respect; we are doing our best for all of you. The vast majority of our patients are both respectful and appreciative. However, unfortunately we have seen an increasing number of patients becoming verbally abusive and exhibiting unacceptable behaviour.
PLEASE DO NOT contact the practice regarding the vaccine. The NHS will let you know when it is your turn. It is important not to contact the NHS or your practice for a vaccination before then.
The practice is unable to arrange tests for coronavirus. Tests are available online or by calling 119.
National lockdown rules apply in England. Stay at home. Find out what you can and cannot do.

We have had to make this decision due to the increased volume of work in recent months. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
