The practice has an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) who meet with members of the practice several times a year. The role of the PPG is to be a critical friend of the practice, advising the practice and providing insight into the quality of services.
Any feedback is critical to the practice in improving services and implementing changes.
The group has control of the suggestion box in the reception area and they inform the practice of any comments. Members of the group can be contacted via the box in reception or by email. These are on display in the foyer at the practice and in the PPG newsletter. Your support is most welcome and greatly appreciated.
