Hunmanby Surgery now has CCTV recording in the public areas of the Surgery and voice recording of all telephone calls.
These facilities have been installed to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We will also be using recordings for training and quality purposes.
We would like to reassure patients that any recording will be keep as safe as your medical records and will not be shared outside of the practice.
