Patients will soon be able to consult online as part of a new service. You will be able to input your symptoms and receive a response from the practice either later that day or the next day. You will either be given advice, directed to other sources of support such as the pharmacy, receive a telephone consultation or be offered an appointment. You will also have access to reliable and trustworthy self-help 24 hours a day and may be able to avoid an appointment altogether. More information to follow.
